Major refurbishment of an existing 4 storey office building, with creation of an additional floor and a restaurant on the ground floor.

The extra floor was added by means of a steel structural framework with concrete slab roofing on a collaborative metal form slab. The layout of the additional floor is identical to the existing floors. On the 4th floor, the North-East corner has a 70 m² meeting room with an overhang overlooking the Regional Council building.

The design of the frame and technical facilities make it possible to achieve the Very Good level of the Breeam.
