Construction of a real estate complex on blocks A and B, comprising offices, services and shops with an interior street, as well as 460 parking spaces on 2 basement levels.
The buildings will be constructed on 5 levels for building A and 6 levels for building B.
Châteaucreux is located at the heart of a regional multi-modal transport hub. Its ambition is to become not only the Saint-Etienne business district, but also the second tertiary platform in the Lyon metropolitan area.
This project is executed by adopting a High Environmental Quality approach. The aim is to limit the building’s impact on its environment, both during construction and throughout its operating life.
