Construction of the viaduct.

The viaduct spans two water courses (the Lez and the Lironde) and Avenue Georges Frêche where the tramway operates.

It is 568 metres long and 32 metres wide, consisting of 2 variable inertia contiguous mixed steel/concrete decks. These structures with 8 spans are supported by 2 abutments and 7 piers with their foundations on piles 1.60 metres in diameter between 22 and 31 metres depending on the support points.

The piers consists of 2 elliptical section drums.

The deck slab was constituted by means of collaborative pre-slabs.
