Partial refurbishment and construction of a new nautical centre. Concrete structure with laminated-glued wooden structural framework. 

The centre consists of a 50 metre pool with a mobile wall to separate the pool into two parts: one pool for aquafitness and a learners’ pool, as well as indoor and outdoor paddling pools.

The facilities available also include a fitness room, a sauna and a hammam, as well as a water play area for children.
