The Higher School of Artistic Professions was already present in Montpellier, Nantes and Toulouse, and opened a 4th private establishment in Lyon Confluence at the start of the 2016 school year.

The project was implemented on a piece of land located on block D. An establishment has been built to accommodate more than 370 students, as well as a student residence of 223 flats.
