Construction of 620 metres of viaduct,  excavation of a trench 180 metres long and widening of the railway bridge on the Avignon road and of the Observance bridge for the new railway line (the total length of the structure is 1.1 km).

Enlargement of the opening in the Observance railway bridge for a future East-West public transport system planned by the Nîmes Métropole community of municipalities.

The railway bridge stone archway was demolished and replaced by two auxiliary decks 24 metres long, each weighing 45 tonnes, to ensure continuity of railway traffic during the remainder of the works.
