Structure category: Walkway
Geographical location: Lisieux Railway Station (14)

This is a metal walkway over the railway tracks at the Lisieux railway station. Its total length is 82 m divided into 3 spans, and its width varies between 5.60 m and 8.76 m.
This box girder is V-shaped at platform 2, allowing pedestrians to gain access to the platform from the deck extrados. Lateral access balconies close this V, and provide a continuation of the walkway’s deck, while performing the structural role of tie-rods.

The walkway support points are concrete piers with foundations on micro-piles.
