The structure is a mixed multi-beam twin-embedded bridge with a single 42.5 m span. The structure’s total length is 34.7 m, and the width is 13.67 m. It enables a two-lane road, a cycle track and a pavement to cross the “Sichon” river.
The deck consists of 7 metal box girders surmounted by a hollow-core slab of varying thickness.
The beams are embedded into each of the abutments. The connection is provided by dowels in the continuous part and by seam steels in the portal cap beams.
The foundations of each portal cap beam are on a row of four 1400 diameter piles.
