COGECI has just been awarded the contract for the future ARENA PARK in VILLEURBANNE.
This is a dual purpose facility for sport (10,500 seats) and live performance (12,000 seats) which will become the venue for ASVEL, replacing the current facility, Astroballe. It also comprises an underground car park for 148 vehicles.
A 100% private sector project to be led by TGL GROUP (FLORIOT group) with DCB INTERNATONAL (Lyon property developer specialised in the tertiary sector) and the Pierre BARILLOT architecture firm located at BOURG EN BRESSE.
